Managed security awareness

Managed security awareness for small businesses

Run your business, not damage control. Our managed security awareness program combines ongoing phishing simulations, short follow-up learning, and progress reviews so your team can get better at checking requests before money or information moves.

Monthly pricing by quote. Built for U.S. teams of roughly 5–50 people, especially Microsoft 365-dependent businesses without an internal security team.

Continuous human-risk program

More than a campaign. A repeatable practice loop.

Continuous means an ongoing managed cycle, not round-the-clock threat monitoring. We agree monthly or quarterly email campaigns, match training to observed behavior, and review trends together.

Practice realistic requests

Authorized email simulations use the payment, sign-in, document-sharing, and vendor requests your staff encounter. SYB handles scheduling and campaign administration.

Assign the next lesson automatically

Short micro-learning modules reinforce safer responses after simulations. Completion tracking and reminders help managers follow through without organizing every assignment.

Watch team and per-user trends

See campaign interactions, assigned and completed learning, and risk indicators in one dashboard.

Make a quarterly decision

A plain-English quarterly readout explains progress, outstanding training, limitations, and the next scenarios to prioritize. Use the records to discuss completed work, not claim compliance.

What you'll see

One view of practice, progress, and follow-up.

The managed program brings campaign results, training completion, and per-user risk trends into the same dashboard. SYB turns those signals into practical priorities at your quarterly readout.

Managed program FAQs

Answers before you enroll.

What is a managed security awareness program?

SYB runs a recurring cycle of authorized phishing simulations, short learning assignments, completion tracking, dashboard reviews, and quarterly manager readouts. It is built for small businesses without an internal security team, not as a replacement for their IT provider.

How often do you run phishing tests for employees?

We agree monthly or quarterly email campaigns during scoping. Continuous means ongoing practice and follow-up, not daily testing or 24/7 threat monitoring. Cadence, participants, setup, and authorization are confirmed before enrollment.

How much does managed phishing and training cost?

The managed program has quote-based monthly pricing. The quote confirms your participants, campaign cadence, setup, access, and contract terms. Training-only plans still start at $49/month; a one-time email phishing campaign starts at $395. Fixed annual email packages remain separately available.

Can this support a cyber insurance training requirement?

Share the insurer or broker's exact wording, including required participants, training frequency, and records. We can scope work and provide dated campaign and completion records for their review.

Do you offer vishing simulations or smishing tests for employees?

Yes, as separately scoped premium add-ons. Voice and SMS exercises are not included in standard email pricing. Participants, authorization, destination numbers, timing, scenario, and price must be agreed before an exercise runs.

Does a lower human-risk score mean our business is secure?

No. Risk trends help prioritize practice and follow-up, with results influenced by scenario difficulty, participation, and email-security automation.

Do we need the free Exposure Review or Business Security Baseline first?

No. The managed program is available separately from the public-signal review and the internal-safeguard Baseline.
