Do we need an internal IT team?
No. We can work with your existing provider or directly with leadership. The available evidence and agreed access determine what can be verified.
Are you an MSP?
No. We do not provide general help-desk or day-to-day managed IT. We independently verify security controls and document the observed state.
Can our current IT provider stay?
Yes. The Baseline is designed to give leadership an independent view while providing technical findings the existing provider can address.
What does the $1,995 price cover?
It is the fixed public price for the defined Business Security Baseline scope for businesses with up to 10 users. Larger environments receive a confirmed quote after scoping.
Is the free review a penetration test?
No. It uses public signals and does not exploit systems. A public signal is not automatically proof of a vulnerability or compromise.
Will you fix the gaps?
You may use your existing provider or request a separate fixed-scope proposal after the relevant gap has been identified.
Does the Baseline certify compliance?
No. It documents observed controls and evidence. It is not a certification or legal opinion.
Why is AI Operations not listed?
The initial service is deliberately focused on cybersecurity verification. Secure AI adoption can be evaluated later as a separate practice if customer demand supports it.
